Yes, parents need a valid email address to create a portal account. If you do not have one, there are several companies which offer free web based email. Our suggestion is Google (gmail).

Parents will have access to view gradebooks, transcripts, daily attendance, report cards and test scores. Parents will also have the option to update emergency contact information and medical information from their portal account.
If you already have a Portal Account for your high school child, you do not need to create another account in order to access the information for your second child. Log in to your portal account, and on the top right hand side of the screen, you have the option to add another student. Click on "Add Additional Student" and follow the on screen instructions. Once complete you will be able to choose between them.
Yes, more than one parent can have a Parent Portal account, as long as they use their own email address.

No. This is a one-time process. If you have another child that enters the District (for example a Kindergarten student), you will be able to add them to your existing account. Please note - you will need to complete the Data Confirmation process for your account at the beginning of each school year.

Please contact the school office if you have questions about your student’s demographic information or attendance. You are able to edit and update contact information during the school's parent data confirmation but the school office has to change primary student address. Please be prepared to show school office this information.
