Every year, a parent/guardian must complete the annual process that allows returning families to view and update important information such as emergency contacts, review District and school policies, and approve important forms the District must have on file for every student. 

What will it ask me?

    • Confirm Student Information
    • Annual Authorization including technology use, media release, etc.
    • Updating Emergency Card
    • Medical
    • Income Survey

 

Why should I fill out the income survey, if my child doesn’t want to eat school breakfast/lunch?

Even if your child chooses to bring their own breakfast/lunch or snack, filling out the form is very important! It ensures that even if your child does not eat school breakfast/lunch, students who qualify for free breakfast/lunch also can receive other benefits, including the following:
    •  Reduced fees for committee fees, SAT and ACT tests, and college applications

The truth is that it is important for EVERY family to fill this out because doing so helps bring much-needed additional money and services directly to our school to support our students!
